The Executive Centre Proudly Sponsors Charity Corporate Run – Peak24

As part of its continuous philanthropic commitment, The Executive Centre proudly sponsors Peak24, a charity corporate endurance race to raise awareness and funds for the fight against the scourge of human trafficking in Asia.

Organised by Running To Stop The Traffik (RTST), Peak24 aims to raise funds for 24 Hour Race, a Hong Kong-founded, international youth charity inspiring students in five countries to join the movement to eradicate modern slavery. It is estimated that there are now more than 35 million people in slavery including children, and their work generates profits that exceed US$150 billion annually.

Taking place on 8 May 2016 around Lugard Road, Hong Kong, the charity run race is expected to gather over 30 corporate teams, each comprised of five, to compete on a 24-mile course. The Executive Centre will send a corporate team to participate in the race.

Paul Salnikow, Chairman & CEO of The Executive Centre said, “This is the second year we support Peak24, which raises the awareness towards this global issue that has since grown vastly. The fight against human trafficking will not be won tomorrow, but every bit of progress, every step in the right direction can help to save lives.”
